The Palo Santo Hotel offers a chic atmosphere, blending eco-friendly practices with stylish design. The room felt spacious and was very clean, with useful amenities like a mini-fridge stocked with drinks and refillable water bottles. I appreciated the efforts made for sustainability, such as the filtered tap water in the lobby. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh breads, cheeses, and delicious espresso drinks. Camilo, the concierge, provided excellent recommendations. My only concern was the breakfast area, though staff did their best to manage it. The air conditioning could be set to run continuously, as I found waking up to a warm room uncomfortable at times.

Exceptional and spotlessly clean hotel with spectacular view to the garden or street. Quiet location a short way from Simjagag. Good food in the indoor restaurant in the vicinity.

Appreciated this really great stay on a long business trip. Everything was great, welcoming staff, excellent views of the garden. We had standard room with an own bathroom. The location was marvellous, in the evening the restaurant serves nice sushi with easy access to stores and a market. Fusion cuisine was served in the indoor restaurant.

The staff at the front desk were helpful, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our check-in process was smooth.
Unfortunately, the breakfast area felt quite hectic during high traffic times, a bit challenging to find a seat.

The pool gets way too warm due to the hot tub overflow!!! Dogs barking nonstop makes it hard to enjoy the balconies!!! Maybe consider soundproof glass to combat the noise from nearby games!!!

I loved that my spacious room had a beautiful balcony overlooking a tranquil garden, which made my mornings so relaxing. The rooftop pool and sun terrace were amazing spots to unwind after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the breakfast cups weren’t always clean, but it didn’t take away from my experience. 😊

The location is fantastic . The staff are cute and helpful , though their English could improve. I enjoyed a beautiful city view from my room that added to the overall charm of my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located in Palermo, great to explore nearby restaurants and shops easily. The staff was helpful, providing great ideas for nightlife and reservations. Our room wasnice and neat, with a large walk-in rain shower.
The hot tub on the roof wasn't heated, making it less enjoyable than expected.
